Blue Therapy at its best. In this four week entry level SUP Yoga for Mental Health series, you will explore the playful yet calming qualities of practising Yoga on the water, surrounded by beautiful woodland. We will use the sheltered lake and our board anchors to create a water sanctuary. A place where we can focus on the sounds around us, the sensation in the body, the movement of the board and water. Expect to leave the class feeling calmer, more positive, empowered.
NOTE: theses classes are taught by an experience paddleboard coach and certified Yoga teacher.
You will
  • Enjoy a short paddle to warm up ready for your practise
  • Feel confident and at ease in a sheltered and shallow spot
  • Receive hire of board, paddle and anchor
  • Experience tuition from our certified SUP Yoga teacher
The details
  • 90 minute weekly session for 4 consecutive weeks
  • Mallards Pike Lake, Forest of Dean
  • 65.00 pp for the 4 week course
  • Price includes paddleboard tuition, full Yoga class, board and paddle
  • Attendees MUST be able to swim unaided
  • Maximum 8 people (session sizes are kept small to allow you the attention you deserve from your instructor)


If your booking is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions you will be given a selection of dates to rebook within the current season. Or a 12-month credit note will be issued.

If the booking is cancelled by your party:

You will receive a 12 month credit note.

Less than 72 hours-notice your booking will NOT transferred, unless it falls within our COVID-19 policy.

No Previous Experience is necessary.
