- NOTE: we have a range of adaptive kit to support paddlers with specific physical requirements on the board.
- NOTE we DO NOT have accessible toilets or launch at this location yet, BUT we do at our Ross-on-Wye Location.

If your booking is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions you will be given a selection of dates to rebook within the current season. Or a 12-month gift voucher will be issued.
If the booking is cancelled by your party:
Your booking will be fully transferable within the current season or a 12 month gift voucher will be issued.
Less than 72 hours-notice your booking will NOT be refunded or transferred.
Under 18’s MUST be accompanied on the water by a legal guardian. Children must be 12 years+. Under 12’s can join our SUP Family Fun sessions.
NOTE: We require a minimum of 4 booked on to run a course.
