This 3 day, 2 night multi day paddle camp trip is for those itching for the next wild adventure! You’ll enjoy a rare opportunity to unplug from the everyday whilst forming friendships with like minded peeps who love to paddle. Our multi day adventure includes guided tours, technical water skills tips and waterways knowledge sharing to help you learn and grow as a paddler.
We’ve got three days of stunning paddling to enjoy along the River Wye. Taking in both the well loved routes and the lesser known. We’ll travel through Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and into Monmouthshire, areas that are steeped in mythical folklore and ancient history and teaming with wildlife such as Peregrine Falcon, Kingfisher, Salmon and wild horses! We’ll carry our paddle, camping and food gear with us, stopping along the way for picnics, swimming and camping at our designated campsites. With scheduled morning / evening campsite Yoga sessions, riverside pub visits and campfire story telling; there’s plenty of time to decompress and unwind.
Day 1: Guided Tour & Technical Water Skills Tips. Hereford to Hoarwithy. 25km. Taxi transfer from the end to start point included. BYO Paddle Picnic. Post Paddle Yoga stretch before dinner and a pint at the local riverside pub. (Dinner not included in the price)
Day 2: Guided Tour & Technical Water Skills Tips. Hoarwithy to Goodrich. 30km. We’ll supply your expedition camp breakfast and lunch. Riverside BBQ at the dark skies campsite, before toasting marshmallows and enjoying boozey hot choccies at the fire pit.
Day 3: Guided Tour. Goodrich to Redbrook. 22 miles. Morning Yoga stretch followed by porridge, fresh berries, tea/coffee. Expedition lunch provided.
NOTE: Hire our Lux Camp Bundle. Includes Big Agnes tent with added storage vestibule, deluxe sleeping bag, inter-fitted camp mat for extra comfort. Combined weight aprox 4kg. Palm 70L weekender dry bag and 30L day pack.
Suitable for those who’ve joined our Beginners Paddle & Camp, one of our longer Escape Days or who have similar experience /levels of fitness. Skills wise this is more technical than the beginners trip.

Includes water-sports kit hire, (board, paddle, BA, QR belt) launch/landing fees 2 night camping, Saturday evening BBQ, S’mores and hot toddies,  3 expedition meals (Saturday and Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon), taxi transfer and launch/landing fees. Does not include car parking fees.

  • Suitable for those who are able to paddle longer distances for multiple days.
  • NOTE: you will be required to supply your own camping equipment (unless hiring ours), water related clothing, snacks and drinks.

We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance that includes activity cover. In the event that you need to cancel your SUP Holiday you will need to refer to your insurance policies Ts and Cs.

Cancellation due to conditions:  Where weather/ water levels are the deciding factor we will give 48 hours notice. Due to these fast changing conditions an earlier time frame than this is not possible. In this instance a 12 month credit note will be issued.

Any additional costs or losses incurred as part of a cancellation (e.g. transport/accommodation) will not be reimbursed by Paddleboarding Adventures.

Cancellation due to minimum numbers not being met: We require a minimum of 6 paddlers to run a trip. Failure to secure 6 paddlers may result in a postponed trip, in which case you will be given the option to choose from a different date or receive a 12 month credit note.

Participant Cancelling a Booking:

It may be necessary for you to cancel your booking with Paddleboarding Adventures. The following timescale for your booking will apply:

  • –  Cancellation 8+ weeks before the activity date – 100% of payment made will be credited to the customer in a 12 month credit note.
  • –  Cancellation 4+ weeks before the activity date – 50% of payment made will be credited to the customer in a 12 month credit note.
  • –  Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the activity date – no refund or credit will be issued, unless we can fill your booking space. Or if there are extenuating circumstance. In this instance please email us: info@paddleboardingadventures.co.uk

Deposit Payment:
Deposits are non-refundable. Your balance is due in full no less than 4 weeks prior to the trip start date.

Competency: A good level of paddle fitness is essential for this trip. Paddle skills: you must be able to self rescue, paddle in a straight line, complete a forwrd and reverse sweep stroke, stand / kneel on your board for long periods of time.
